WORK TO BEGIN ON MAJOR CITY ROAD SCHEME NEXT WEEK

The first sod will be turned on the major improvement scheme for the Séamus Quirke and Bishop O’ Donnell roads in the city next week.

10 million euro will be spent on the upgrade project for the two roads in Westside.

The City Council is now providing an artist’s impression of the completed scheme, along with its layout and map of the route on the Council’s website.

Mayor of Galway, Michael Crowe will turn the first sod at Westside Community Centre next Monday, September 27th at 9.30a.m.
