WOMAN TAKEN TO PORTIUNCULA HOSPITAL AFTER M6 CRASH

A woman has been taken to Portiuncula Hospital in Ballinasloe after she was injured in crash on the M6 West of Ballinasloe this morning.

She sustained minor injuries in the single vehicle collision around half 8 this morning.

The crash happened on the M6 westbound between Junction 15 Ballinasloe West and the toll plaza.

Fire crews have since cleared the debris from the scene.
