WOMAN STABLE AFTER ARAN ISLAND FALL

A woman is in a stable condition in hospital this morning [9/7] after a fall on the Aran Islands yesterday.

The Shannon Coastguard was alerted and the Americam tourist, in her 30s, was airlifted to Univerisity College Hospital Galway after falling from her bike on Inis Mór.

It’s understood she sustained minor head injuries and she is now in a stable condition in hospital.
