WIND FARMERS IN GALWAY CALL FOR ROLL OUT OF WIND ENERGY

The Irish Wind Farmers Co-Op is hosting a workshop in Galway today where it’s calling for the roll out of wind energy.

The group says the Government should take action as it claims it’s nearly impossible to get funding to set up new wind farms.

They’re calling on the Finance Minister to consider setting up a bank specifically for infrastructural developments.
