WATER RESTORED TO ORANMORE HOMES AND BUSINESSES

Residents and busineses in Oranmore are being urged to boil their water for at least 48 more hours following the restoration of their supply.

The Oakfield, Tudor Vale, Ashbrook, and Carrowmoneash housing estates and the Maldron Hotel had been without running water since Sunday.

Council engineers managed to repair a major leak found near the Oranmore lodge at around 8 o’ clock last evening.
