VERDICT AWAITED IN CONNEMARA SEX ABUSE TRIAL

The jury in the trial of a Connemara man charged with the sexual abuse of a child during the 1970’s will resume its deliberations again this morning.

The man, who can’t be named for legal reasons, denies six sample charges of indecently assaulting the girl on various dates between July 1973 and July 1975 at a Connemara location.
