UP TO A HUNDRED HOMES WITHOUT POWER IN SALTHILL

Up to a hundred homes in Salthill are without power this morning after a major transformer blew overnight.

Households in Grattan Park have been without electricity since 11 o’clock last night as a result.

An ESB spokesperson says that they’re aware of the problem and they know where the fault is.
