UHG KEPT CANCER PATIENT REVIEW FROM FAMILY

University Hospital Galway is being criticised for not releasing the findings of a third report into the cancer misdiagnosis of Ann Moriarty.

Her husband, Karl Henry, is claiming he knew nothing of a third investigation into his wife’s case carried out by University Hospital Galway.

Up until this week, he was only aware of two seperate internal reviews of his wife’s death.
