Two men remanded in custody regarding Galway Burglary

Two men have been remanded in custody following a special court sitting in Galway yesterday evening.
Daniel Kenniston, of 16 Fuschia Drive, Renmore and Dirk Fitzpatrick, of 3 Frenchville, Grattan Road, Galway, were brought in custody before the court.
They are both charged with burglary at an apartment at Clan House, Dominick Street, Galway, last Monday, February 24.
Gardai objected to a bail application made by Kenniston while Fitzpatrick was unable to make an application.
Judge Mary Fahy remanded Kenniston in custody to appear before Harristown District Court next Friday, March 7, for DPP’s directions.
Fitzpatrick was remanded in custody to appear before Galway District Court next Wednesday where he will apply for bai
