TUAM TOWN TRAFFIC LIGHTS TO BE WORKING BY NEXT WEEK

Traffic lights on the N17 in Tuam which have been out of order for several months are due to be operational by the end of next week.

The lights at Ballygaddy Road junction were discussed at a recent meeting of the Town Council, where it was revealed that replacing them would cost 80 thousand euro.

Galway County Council has now confirmed that the lights will be back working by tomorrow week.
