TUAM PEOPLE URGED TO JOIN RESISTANCE TO HEALTH CUTS

A public meeting against health service cuts aimed at people living in Tuam and the surrounding areas will be held this week.

The Labour Party is organising the meeting ahead of what it claims are "horrific cuts" in health services coming down the line.

Among the guest speakers at the event at the Corralea Court Hotel in Tuam at 7.30 pm on Thursday will be Jan O’ Sullivan – the Labour Party Spokesperson on Health.
