Date Published: 04-May-2011
A Lithuanian drug pusher claims he had a baseball bat put up his rectum because he owed money to drug dealers, a trial in Galway has heard.
32 year old Gimtautas Bagdonas, with a rental address at Clan House, Dominick Street, and co-accused 36 year old Aurelijus Zrielskis, of 26 Cois Chlair, Claregalway, appeared before Galway Circuit Criminal Court.
They both deny the false imprisonment of 33 year old Jaan Eemon, at Francis Cottage, Menlo, on May 25 last year.
Both men also deny causing serious harm to Mr Eemon in a shed beside the thatched cottage on the same date.
The trial continues today.
