TRIAL FOR MAN CHARGED WITH ARMED ROBBERY OF CITY JEWELLERS

One of two Dublin men charged in connection with the armed robbery of a hundred thousand euro worth of watches from a City jewellers, has been sent forward for trial at next month’s sitting of Galway Circuit Criminal Court.

25 year old Eugene Cullen of 92 Derry Road, Crumlin, Dublin, appeared before Galway District Court yesterday.

He’s charged with robbing 18 Cartier watches and 28 Rolex watches worth a hundred and 9 thousand euro from Hartmann Jewellers, William Street, on November 28th.

Judge Mary Fahy returned Cullen for trial to Galway Circuit Criminal Court on July 14 next.
