TRAVELLER MOTHER GIVEN ANOTHER WEEK TO FIND ACCOMMODATION

A young traveller mother-of-two has been given another week’s reprieve by the city council to move from where she’s illegally parked at the entrance to Carrowbrowne halting site on the Headford road.

29 year-old Celine Torrens narrowly escaped forceable eviction last Tuesday when city council officials, Gardai and bailiffs surrounded her mobile home to force her to move.
