TOTE IRELAND REVEALED AS NEW SPONSOR OF GALWAY PLATE

Tote Ireland has been revealed as the new sponsor of the Galway Plate at the annual racing festival at Ballybrit.

The announcement was made at a reception in Dublin this afternoon. [1/2]

The three year sponsorship deal begins this year and will cover the entire eight races on Tote Ireland Galway Plate Day including the €200,000 Galway Plate.

A new sponsor had to be found after William Hill, pulled its sponsorship after last year’s meeting, having sponsored the event for four years.
