Three year old boy dies in lift accident in city building

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A three year old boy has died in an accident in a lift in a building in the city

Emergency services attended the accident on Augustine Street in the city at 3 this afternoon

Two units of the city fire brigade, ambulances, a doctor and Gardai attended the scene

The accident happened at the social welfare offices and is therefore deemed a workplace accident

It will be investigated by the Health and Safety Authority well as the Gardai
