THREE STILL QUESTIONED FOLLOWING ATTEMPTED BURGLARY AT TURLOUGHMORE

Three men are still being questioned at Mill Street Garda Station this morning following an attempted burglary at a home in the Turloughmore area yesterday.

Gardai received an alert call just before 1 yesterday afternoon and the three were later apprehended with the assistance of locals.

One is aged in his late teens while the other two are aged in their early twenties.

They are being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
