THREE REMANDED OVER KILLING OF OUGHTERARD PUBLICAN

Two Romanian men and a teenage boy charged in relation to the unlawful killing of Oughterard publican John Kenny last year are to appear before the courts in July.

35 year old Marian Lingurar with an address in Cork city and a 17 year old boy who can’t be named due to his age, are charged with manslaughter and for withholding information.

38 year old Florin Fitzpatrick with a former address at College Road in the city is charged with withholding information.
