Three of the five Galway West seats have now been filled.

Fianna Fail’s Eamon O’Cuiv won the first one yesterday.

Today, Michael D. Higgins of the Labour Party claimed the second, and in the past few minutes Fine Gael’s Padraic McCormack has been elected.
