THREE ANNOUNCES MAJOR INVESTMENT IN GALWAY NETWORK

A mobile network giant has announced a multi-million euro investment in Galway.

‘Three’ is to invest 2 point 5 million euro in its Galway network as part of a new 38 million euro contract with BT.

It’s hoped the investment will create jobs in Galway.

The contract will see extra broadband fibre rolled out to its main mobile sites, including areas such as Loughrea, Ballinasloe and Oranmore.
