THOMAS MCDONAGH PLANS TO OVERHAUL BALLYBANE SITE

Thomas McDonagh and Sons Ltd is planning a major redevelopment of its site in Ballybane.

The company has applied for planning permission to demolish all of its buildings at the Bother na Mine site and build a new Builders Providers and D.I.Y store and offices.

Many of the buildings at Thomas McDonagh and Sons’ site in Ballybane are 20 years old or more.

The redevelopment of the site is a 3 phased master plan which will be carried out over a 5 year period.
