A multi-million euro commerical and residential development is in the pipeline for Ballinasloe Town.

The Melville Family Partnership, who were involved in the construction of the Carlton Shearwater Hotel.

They’re now seeking planning permission for their latest development at Canal Road and Sli na hAbhainn, Dunlo and Poolboy townlands.
