Ten Galway properties to go under hammer at Dublin auction
Galway Bay fm newsroom – Ten Galway property lots are to go under the hammer at a major auction in Dublin today.
These include a 27 bedroom hotel with three-bed house in Clifden at a reserve price of 395 thousand euro.
40 houses, apartments, two hotels and a golf course will make up some of today’s offering at the largest Allsop Space auction to take place in Ireland.
Around 150 lots, including commercial and investment properties carrying a combined reserve of 20 million euro’s will go under the hammer in Dublin’s RDS.
Over half of the properties are already rented premises.
The Director of Auction at Allsop Space, Robert Hoban, outlines the kind of properties on offer today.
