SURPRISE AS BARNA BEACH NAMED IN TOP 5 FOR NUDISTS

Ireland is one of the best spots in the world for nudists and a Galway beach has been named in the top 5.

A new study – compiled in the UK – ranks us among the top countries for nudist beaches.

The Silver Strand Beach in Barna, Co. Galway, Corballis in North Co. Dublin and Brittas Bay in Wicklow all made it into the top five.

Galway City Fine Gael Councillor Padraig Conneely is a regular to Silver Strand Beach – he says the findings of this study are news to him.
