‘Super Auction’ Planned by City Estate Agent

A CITY estate agent is planning a ‘super auction’ of cutprice first-time buyer homes in an effort to boost sales in the city’s dwindling property market.

The auction will be aimed mainly at first-time buyers and those planning on down-sizing, and all properties for sale on the day will have Advised Minimum Values (guide prices) of €300,000 or less.

One of the properties, a three-bed mid-terrace in Merlin Park will go to auction with a price tag of €245,000 – €40,000 less than other similar properties on the market in the same estate.
