Strong interest expected at ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ all-day sales event

Dozens of properties are set to go under the hammer later this month at the O’Donnellan & Joyce ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ autumn auction.

Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said he expects strong interest in the auction, which will feature properties in Galway City and county, Mayo, Sligo, Donegal and Limerick.

“There is plenty of variety in this auction to suit investors, families and first-time buyers, with all the counties on the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ having something for sale, particularly in Galway City where there are a number of properties in prime locations,” he said.

Among the properties for auction are:

55 Monalee Heights, Knocknacarra, Galway. Semi-detached house on a corner site in a popular residential area, offering 80 sq m of living space, with living room, kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
