Burkeway Homes have had a hugely-successful final phase launch of twenty nine new homes at Maoilín, Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra, Galway.

Demand proved so strong that there were a number of interested buyers who arrived early to secure the home of their choice, and after a busy weekend of viewings at the showhouse all available units were booked.

The sales of these 29 homes represent the last remaining units in this 102 home development, and has proved very popular and successful over a 20-month sales programme.

Maoilín is the first substantial new homes development to be built in the Western suburbs of Galway since 2007. It incorporates traditional housing, 3 and 4 bed semi and detached homes combined with contemporary style, plus the use of modern technology to provide a highly efficient A-Rated home.

Burkeway Homes are a Galway development company led by Michael Burke and Fred Fullard who have a strong record of accomplishment over a 20-year period. “We are delighted with the interest in this development and indeed the very positive feedback from the purchasers of the new homes,” said Michael Burke.

Burkeway Homes will announce further developments in Galway in the near future and are excited about the new projects coming on stream. Agents were Sherry FitzGerald and O’Donnellan & Joyce.
