STATE GETS MORE TIME TO PREPARE FOR CLAREGALWAY CRASH CASE

The state has been given more time to prepare a book of evidence for service on a Latvian man charged in relation to a serious crash earlier this year.

Romans Rinavas of 7 na Cleagga, Ballybrit appeared before Galway District Court this week.

He’s charged with driving an unsafe vehicle which caused serious bodily harm to a woman in Claregalway last January.
