STATE ACCUSES AN BORD PLEANALA OF DESTRUCTING CITY HABITAT

The State has accused An Bord Pleanala of allowing the destruction of protected limestone pavement next to the Corrib by granting permission for the city bypass.

The hearing into the outer city bypass continued yesterday at the Commerical court.
