SON OF GALWAY NATIVE EU COMMISSIONER APPEARS IN COURT

The son of EU-commisioner Máire Geoghegan Quinn has been ordered to make a donation 100 euro after his case for two public order offences in the city in February was before the courts .

30 year old Cormac Quinn of 5 Woodfield, Cappagh road appeared before Galway district court this morning.

 The case against him was struck out by the Judge, but he was ordered to make a donation of 100 euro to the benevolant fund.
