Soaring rock sounds at Roisin

Royseven come to the Róisín Dubh this Saturday, September 22, fresh from a summer that has seen them play high profile slots at Oxegen and Marlay Park. The six-piece, led by front man Paul Walsh, caused a stir when they won the Hope For 2007 award at this year’s Meteor Awards.

Apart from winning the Meteor Award, the band have also made appearances on The Late Late Show and Tubridy Tonight. But the biggest boost to their profile in Ireland was a slot at Oxegen and being added to the Kaiser Chiefs’ bill in Marlay Park.
