More than sixty properties have now been listed in the catalogue for the next O’Donnellan & Joyce auction on June 12 – it includes residential and commercial lots from around Galway City and County, as well as Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon and as far away as Kerry and Donegal.

The all-day auction will take place in the Harbour Hotel, and the open viewings – which began last weekend – have already attracted significant interest from potential buyers.

Colm O’Donnellan told Tribune Property: “There is a tremendous number of family homes in established locations at very attractive guide prices.

“We were delighted with the vast amount of people who came out last Saturday to inspect the properties on the first day of open viewings,” said Mr O’Donnellan.

Among the properties set to go under the hammer are:

Dalgan, Shrule. Magnificent three-bed detached house on a half-an-acre in Old Dalgan Park, which is in walking distance of the village. Open viewings on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 5pm to 5pm. The Advised Minimum Value is €155,000.
