SIX GALWAY LOTS IN IRELAND’S LATEST FIRESALE AUCTION

Six Galway lots are included in the country’s largest auction to date which gets underway in Dublin later today [Oct 3].

October’s Allsop Space auction features a total of 127 properties nationwide – 77 of them are residential.

The Galway batch includes a former filling station site on the Headford Road, a long leasehold for a former restaurant in Oranmore and six residential units in Portumna.

Around the country, the portfolio includes a former Sacred Heart convent in Roscrea, Co Tipperary and four houses in a Mountrath, Co. Laois housing estate – which will be sold as one lot.

Direct of Allsop Space auctions, Robert Hoban, says housing lots like this are popular and the bidders will ultimately determine the value on all the properties on offer.
