SINN FEIN ACTIVISTS TO PROTEST AT BANK OF IRELAND

Sinn Féin activists are holding a protest this lunchtime outside Bank of Ireland in Eyre Square.

They’re aiming to highlight the bank’s failure to pass on the new interest rate reduction to mortgage holders.

The protest begins at 1 o’clock and Sinn Féin activists will also offer information to the bank’s customers and hand out a petition.
