SHERRY FITZGERALD STAFF IN GALWAY FACING WAGE CUTS

The Galway employees of a leading estate agency are facing wage cuts from September.

Today’s Irish Examiner is reporting Sherry Fitzgerald has asked staff to accept pay cuts because of current market conditions.

The cuts will not affect its franchise agencies.

A sliding scale of wage cuts will affect 200 employees in Galway, Limerick, Cork, and Dublin with senior staff taking the biggest hit from September 1st.
