Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway City Council should re-allocate vacant Council houses within seven days.
That’s according to Senator Fidelma Healy Eames, who says that despite the thousands on waiting lists, seventy eight council houses are boarded up or derelict.
She says a crisis could be avoided if the City Council implemented a policy to re-allocate vacant houses within seven days.
