Selection of large family homes among lots to go under the hammer at all-day sale
O’Donnellan & Joyce are busy with final viewings and enquiries for their final auction of 2016 with over 40 properties going under the hammer in their ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ Christmas Auction next Friday week.
According to Colm O’Donnellan, the auction is offering an excellent selection of properties for first time buyers and home owners.
“Investors are especially interested in the selection of commercial properties listed for sale as they are also very keenly priced.
“We are expecting strong attendance at the auction as interest in purchasing Galway properties has not waivered, even in the lead-in to the festive season,” said Mr O’Donnellan.
