Selection of homes on view as next phase set for launch
Following the highly successful first two phases in Doire Feá, the new residential development in Moycullen where over 30 homes have already been sold, BRTW Developments have confirmed a new release of 3 and 4 bedroom homes this weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 1pm, a selection of houses will be available to view.
Doire Feá comprises a variety of large 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes in the heart of Moycullen, around 500 metres from the village centre close to the local primary school, church and to the rear of An Teaghlach Uilinn Retirement Centre.
Kilrainey Woods forms the backdrop to this development of 50 homes.
Construction on site is well advanced and the first 10 purchasers have recently moved in, with more to follow in the coming weeks, while the build programme for the next phase is under way and progressing well.
The homes benefit from generous floor areas that are above the market norm. The 3-bed mid-terrace houses have proven extremely popular to date and are very spacious extending to 141 sq m (1,516 sq ft).
There are two different 4-bed semi-detached house types available. Again, generous areas are provided in these homes, extending from 145 sq m (1,560 sq ft) to 156 sq m (1,675 sq ft).
