Selection of homes along the Western seaboard set to go under the hammer
More than 40 properties around Galway and across the Western seaboard are set to go under the hammer in the final O’Donnellan & Joyce ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ auction of 2016, which takes place on December 16.
Properties will also be up for sale in Donegal, Cavan, Leitrim, Mayor, Roscommon, Clare and Kerry and will include homes for first-time buyers and investors.
Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said: “This auction has a large selection of starter homes and residential investment properties, along with commercial properties. We have a variety to choose from in Galway City and County giving excellent value for home owners and investors interested in becoming property owners in the West.”
Among the properties set to go under the hammer are:
