SECOND NEW SHOPPING CENTRE FOR BALLINALSOE

Ballinasloe Town council has given the go ahead for a second multi-million euro shopping centre in the town.

Town councillors passed a material contravention of the town development plan last night (22/7)to approve the centre just off Main St.

The proposed development by Hart Holdings Ltd from Cork, will include an anchor tenant with a gross floor area of over four and a half thousand square metres.
