SECOND HAND HOME PRICES CONTINUE TO FALL IN GALWAY

Prices for second hand homes in Galway are continuing to fall.

That’s according to the latest Property Barometer issued by MyHome dot ie this week.

In the County, the price of a 3 bedroom semi detached house fell by 0.74 per cent to €247,000 in the first quarter of 2010.

That’s down almost 20 per cent on peak prices.
