Moycullen cllr Sean Kyne is out of the race for a senate seat

The Fine Gael county cllr was the only Galway contender for the 11 seat Agricultural panel, counting for which began this morning

This afternoon he was eliminated on the thirteenth count

Ahascragh’s Ronan Mullen may know his fate later today, as the NUI panel count is now underway
