Sean Keane for show on Killary Fjord

Singer Sean Keane is planning to take to the water on Friday, June 28 for a special ‘floating concert’ aboard a catamaran on Killary Fjord. 

Sean and his band will be performing on the boat as part of the Killary Sessions, a series of concerts by a number of top-class performers on board the sightseeing boat run by Killary Cruises in Leenane.

Given his popularity in Connemara, tickets for the concert are already selling fast.

Sean, who was twice Voted Performer of the Year by readers of Irish Music Magazine, and acknowledged as ‘the greatest Irish musical find of the `90s’ by the London Independent, is recognised as having a unique voice, whose musical range encompass a mixture of traditional Irish folk music, pop, blues, and country. With just over 100 tickets for sale, this promises to be an intimate concert with one of Ireland’s greatest singers.
