Salthill residence sells for €1.8 million

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A residence in Salthill has sold at auction for 1.8 million euro
The property – a site with a bungalow – went to the floor with an opening bid of €900k with six bidders involved.
The site was bought in trust by a local developer.
DNG Maxwell Heaslip & Leonard says the site is zoned residential and lends itself to a high density development.
