The next O’Donnellan & Joyce Auction will take place on September 18, and includes four former garda station and residences.
Auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan said: “The upcoming auction campaign will see over 40 properties go under the hammer on. The catalogue is comprised of several former garda stations and regional offices, as well as sites, residential and commercial properties coming up for sale through the Office of Public Works.
“There are also a number of privately-owned properties included in the auction as well as assets offered for sale by various financial institutions.
“Scattered throughout County Galway and further afield, this auction catalogue offers a variety of style, condition and value with properties to suit every budget and requirement.
“We remain confident that our auction properties will attract many viewers and bidders within property market, as the demand for homes continues to rise and many have buyers waited patiently for property viewings to commence,” he said.
At the auction, staff will be taking bids over the telephone and internet, the event will be streamed live and will also be shown on screens in the Harbour Hotel’s lounge areas and waiting rooms. To bid remotely, one must register in advance.
