ROSMUC MAN GETS JAIL FOR SERIES OF CRIMES

A Connemara motorist who knocked a woman down outside a city nightclub has been jailed for 19 months.

29-year-old Sean Breathnach of Southshore in Rosmuc has also been sentenced for leading Gardai on a dangerous car chase through the city.

Three years later – on September 20th 2007 – he led Gardai on a dangerous car chase through the city after failing to stop at Castlepark Road.

In taking all the charges before her into account, Judge Fahy handed down a 19 month prison sentence and suspended Breathnach from driving for eight years.
