Ros na Rún actor to launch debut novel in Standún’s

Ros na Rún actor, Domhnall O’Donoghue, will launch his debut novel in Standún’s of Spiddal this Saturday at 2pm.

The novel, Sister Agatha: The World’s Oldest Serial Killer, follows an 118-year-old nun who’ll stop at nothing in her quest to become the world’s most senior citizen.

The launch will feature a reading from the book, a Q&A and a selection of live musical performances, all of which will be presented by O’Donoghue’s cast mates from the award-winning soap.

“Even though I am a proud Navan man, since joining Ros na Rún five years ago, Connemara has become my second home, and I’ve been completely overwhelmed by the support given to me and the book. I’ve lost count of the times neighbours have stopped me in the street or in the local shop to wish me luck,” said O’Donoghue.
