Roadstone workers to picket over bonus payments

SIPTU official David Lane says the dispute is over cuts to bonus payments which are an “integral part of the payment structure”.
Employees say that a six million euro in a savings target was met in 2012 which involved cuts of up to 16 per cent.
But David Lane adds that the firm came back to the workers looking for further cuts of ten million euro.
