Road reopens after crash near Furbo
Galway Bay fm newsroom – A man and a woman have been taken to hospital as a precautionary measure following a three car crash in Furbo this morning.
The driver of one car and a passenger in a second car are being treated for their injuries following the incident which happened close to the Connemara coast hotel shortly before 10 o’clock.
Gardai, ambulance and fires services attended the scene and a section of the R336 road was closed for over 40 minutes.
The road has now fully re-opened to traffic
