Road closures to facilitate work on Clifden sewerage scheme

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Motorists in the Clifden area are set to experience weeks of travel disruption due to work on the long awaited sewerage scheme.
Galway County Council has made an order to close three roads to facilitate the construction.
The Low Road closed this week (19/05) and will remain closed until mid July.
The Beach Road was closed to traffic last week (12/05) and will remain closed until June 20th.
Church Hill will also be taken out of commission on June 23rd and will remain closed until mid July.
Alternative routes are signposed.
